Washington Economic, Policy and Political Update

Joan Woodward, executive vice president for public policy at Travelers, gave us an update on policy and politics in Washington, D.C., in the midst of one of the most hotly contested and unpredictable election cycles.

In addition, Woodward shared her insights on how we should think about the economic recovery with unemployment and interest rates hitting new lows. Also, as president of the Travelers Institute, she offered a preview of its projects for 2017, including the Institute's expanded focus on cybersecurity.
