This 3 Hour E&O course is designed to prepare insurance professionals with an understanding of their professional liability exposures including perils and hazards and how to manage them. The course objectives are to understand the roles and responsibilities of each party involved, identify some sources of E&O claims, analyze the exposures, explore ways to control the exposures and to discuss the handling of a claim.
