Participants will be able to respond to questions concerning the Ethical Issues and Behaviors. The program will be based on Ethical Issues that face agents and agencies. To understand the ethical behavior to the legal responsibility of agents.
Participants will also identify key impacts of Ethical Behavior to the insurance laws, Society's expectations based the facts and foundation of ethical behavior and contractual authority.
Legal standards and professional responsibility and laws. They will discuss the legal duties on industry standards, state laws and oral/and written contracts/agreements.
Discuss increased claims against agents and agencies. Discussion on the specializations of services, diversity of policies, and complexity of forms. Standards set in the agencies to ensure employees are trained. Examples will be discussed
The course will discuss the consumer's perceptions of the activities and operation of insurance coverage. The course will discuss trends and ethical cases to determine best techniques to use to protect the consumer and agent.
