Matthew Milliken
Matthew Milliken is an agency operations and technology consultant to the insurance industry and founder of Milliken Agency Services. MAS has a team of experts and insurance professionals that assist independent agencies across the country with operational and technology items on a project and recurring basis.
Milliken partnered with PIA in July 2018, assisting members with their technology-related inquiries as PIA’s technology consultant.
He has 16 years of agency operational experience and a bachelor of science in business/information technology from Juniata College, Huntingdon, Pa. His previous roles ranged from information systems manager at Harrington Insurance Agency Inc.; operations and IT consultant at B.H. Burke & Co. Inc.; to vice president of operations at New England Insurance Group LLC.
Milliken served on the national board of directors for the National Association of SIS Partner Agents from 2008 until 2010 and was a recipient of the Pinnacle Award from Applied Systems.
He has managed over 60 management system conversions, worked with most major technology vendors in the industry and assisted agencies with their day-to-day processes and implementation of technology.
