Through PIA's Technology Hotline service, available through the PIA Industry Resource Center, members can access this hotline service to have their technology-related inquiries answered by nationally recognized experts.
The hotline gives you access to Matthew Milliken, owner of Milliken Agency Services, who brings experience in full optimization, automation and customization of agency management systems, including conversions and reviews.
Through this service, members get up to 30 minutes of free consulting time. To access this member benefit, inquiries must be directed through PIA's Industry Resource Center.
